Ultimately, apartment homes are available in a variety of sizes. Studio apartments are about 500 square feet in size, and one-bedroom apartments are about 640 to 650 square feet. Faxon Commons also offers two-bedroom apartments with one bathroom ranging from 848 to 879 square feet.

Townhouses are also available at Faxon Commons with either two, three or four bedrooms and either one or two bathrooms. These homes may range in square footage from 1,205 to 1,730.
